Quality Coordinator

Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What you will do in this role:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors promptly and courteously
  • Review patient, family, and other concerns regarding the facility, staff, or programs according to policy
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings
  • Investigate patient concerns, take appropriate actions, and mediate to resolve issues promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in a psychiatric setting
  • Clinical license preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; capable of analyzing complex information and applying problem-solving skills
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of hire
