Responsibilities- Prepare and compile monthly detailed financial results and analysis for presentation to GRE&D Leadership Team, including variance explanations versus forecast, prior year, and the annual operating plan.
- Support preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Play a key role in the forecast process for the GRE&D business unit, including head‑count reporting and analysis of General & Administrative spend/forecast across multiple functional partners.
- Prepare ad‑hoc analysis to support key business decisions.
- Support quarterly financial reporting, audit, and investor relations processes.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or economics preferred. - Solid working knowledge of GAAP, and strong skills/experience in financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting techniques.
- Experience with computer modeling, management reporting systems and computer applications. Ability to create and manage databases and Excel‑based financial models.
- Good organizational and communication skills, including strong influencing and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret results, understand implications, solve problems, and communicate and influence business partners while staying organized.
- 2 to 4 years experience in a financial analysis position within a large organization. Multi‑unit restaurant and/or retail environment a plus.
- Prior lease accounting experience or general understanding of lease accounting.
It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits- Base pay range: $81,000.00 – $ annually.
- Target annual bonus: 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
