We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Credit Department. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing credit data in order to estimate the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to firms or individuals. The incumbent may work independently or within a team.
Responsibilities- Preparing financial statement spreads and complete written financial statement analysis including evaluation of cash flow and collateral for annual review documents for presentation to Credit Manager.
- Facilitating the timely workflow of the borrowing base email box.
- Facilitating the timely measurement of covenant compliance on credits that do not receive annual reviews.
- Updating ticker and covenant tracking based on above activity.
- Ensuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable State and Federal banking regulations.
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in accounting or finance, preferred.
- Three (3) years of Commercial Banking experience.
- Requires ability to work with mathematical concepts such as ratio and trend analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must possess organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Highest level of integrity and ethics.
