Mathnasium of Dublin is a family-owned franchise that specializes in math tutoring services for students in grades K-12. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to manage our center and lead a team of instructors in making a real difference in students' lives. At Mathnasium, our mission is clear - to help every child reach their potential in math by teaching in the way that makes sense to them!

As the Center Director, you are the leader and driving force behind its success and will have a true ownership mentality. What kind of training will be provided? You would be provided extensive training on sales, procedures for assessing students on their math skills, setting up customized learning plans for students, hiring and training instructors, marketing, and understanding our Mathnasium Method™ of teaching.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day‑to‑day operations in the center
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families, communicating student progress, and encouraging students
• Focus on sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Foster a fun learning environment by leading, motivating and coaching team members
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• Market the Mathnasium brand and program by building school and community relationships and participating in community events
• Screen, hire and train employees and manage their work schedules

Mathnasium is open 4pm‑8pm Mon‑Thurs, and 2pm‑6pm on Sun.

Center Director working hours are somewhat flexible but are typically 12:30pm‑8:30pm Mon‑Thurs, 12:30‑6:30 Sun.

• Upbeat, driven, energetic, confident, and passion for working with students and parents
• Previous sales experience
• Previous management or leadership experience
• Previous experience with building customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Charismatic, energetic, ambition and confidence in dealing with parents and students
