Requirements

• Location:
  
  In-office in our Dublin, Ohio offices.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time within our Contact Center during one of these shifts:
• 9am - 6:45pm Monday - Friday & Rotating Saturday 10am-1pm EST
• 12:30pm - 9pm EST Monday - Friday
• 9am - 6:45pm Monday to Friday & Rotating Sat 10am-1pm EST

• Pay:
  Starting $16.00/hour + commissions + Sign-On Bonus for applicants with 12+ months of call center experience.

What You'll Do

• Champion our customer-first culture by delivering outstanding support.
• Guide customers through financial solutions across multiple brands.
• Accurately document customer interactions using proprietary systems.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Professionalism, discretion, and self-motivation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply.
