- Location:
In-office in our Dublin, Ohio offices. - Schedule:
Full-time within our Contact Center during one of these shifts: - 9am - 6:45pm Monday - Friday & Rotating Saturday 10am-1pm EST
- 12:30pm - 9pm EST Monday - Friday
- 9am - 6:45pm Monday to Friday & Rotating Sat 10am-1pm EST

- Pay:
Starting $16.00/hour + commissions + Sign-On Bonus for applicants with 12+ months of call center experience.
- Champion our customer-first culture by delivering outstanding support.
- Guide customers through financial solutions across multiple brands.
- Accurately document customer interactions using proprietary systems.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Professionalism, discretion, and self-motivation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply.
