Position SummaryThe Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at The Club at Tartan Fields. This role sets the tone for the member experience by delivering exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personalized service. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-touch, private club environment.
Key Responsibilities Member & Guest Experience- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist with general club inquiries, directions, and event information
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding member information
- Ensure every interaction reflects the Club’s service standards and culture
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Manage reservations for dining, events, and club amenities as directed
- Assist with tee time inquiries and coordination with the Golf Shop
- Process payments, member charges, and basic transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and front desk documentation
- Communicate daily events, member needs, and operational updates to relevant departments
- Support food & beverage, golf operations, and event teams as needed
- Assist in distributing club communications and promotional materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure readiness and presentation standards
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Previous hospitality, country club, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and club management software preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
