PositionGeneral Laborer – Construction Worker (Entry Level, Full‑time, Columbus, OH)

- Clean and prepare sites for projects
- Dig ditches, trenches, backfill excavations, level pipes
- Prepare sites for concrete pours
- Apply glues, electrical conduits, and fittings for piping
- Maintain tools and equipment; assist with pulling wire
- Participate in daily tailgate Health & Safety meetings
- Understand materials, methods, and tools used on site
- Understand basic electrical safety requirements
- Understand construction drawings and prints
- Assist with pulling and cleaning pumps
- Weld HDPE pipe and fittings; extrusion weld HDPE liner materials
- Prepare daily logs for work performed on sites during the workday
- 0‑3 years in general construction
- Prior construction experience preferred
- Prior landfill experience preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel up to 90‑100%
- Valid Driver’s License that meets the MVR policy requirement
- Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for multiple hours within the workday
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
