What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
  • Define requirements and redesign business processes, workflows, and data standards
  • Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
  • Create client deliverables and lead training efforts related to new processes
  • Utilize agency management systems and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance within the insurance brokerage business
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to improve processes and workflows by implementing best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining procedure documentation
