Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking a Product Manager to support and evolve operational healthcare technology products with complex, workflow-driven functionality. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating within an evolving pharmacy technology landscape.
The product area has developed over many years and includes deep institutional knowledge across systems, workflows, and edge cases. Success in this role will depend on the ability to proactively acquire domain knowledge, synthesize information across stakeholders, and independently drive clarity where it does not yet exist.
This role is well-suited for a Product Manager who thrives in environments that require investigation, structured thinking, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Own defined product areas across discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
- Translate business and operational challenges into clear, actionable product requirements
- Proactively build domain expertise by engaging engineering, stakeholders, and system behavior
- Identify gaps in workflows, documentation, and requirements — and close them
- Partner closely with engineering to scope and execute pragmatic, high-quality solutions
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining clarity and forward momentum
- Contribute to the improvement and maturation of product documentation over time
- Demonstrates rapid acquisition of domain knowledge
- Operates independently with minimal need for day‑to‑day direction
- Brings structure to ambiguity rather than waiting for it
- Anticipates edge cases and downstream operational impacts
- Builds trust with engineering through clear, precise requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or operational platforms
- Experience working with workflow‑heavy or operations‑focused systems
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams with accountability
- Experience in pharmacy systems, healthcare operations, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with complex system integrations
- Experience partnering with distributed or cross‑functional engineering teams
