• Structure work streams, owners, and charters for the transformation office
• Partner with regions to define work packages and execution teams
• Develop the roadmap and business case for operational excellence
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure transparency
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the transformation office

• Proven project management skills with the ability to structure plans and track execution
• Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a history of resolving complex execution challenges
• Financial acumen with the ability to understand and manage team budgets
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role, including leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications)
