As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating/analyzing documents, submittals and designs during the preconstruction and construction phases/stages of a project making sure the quality, cost and scope meet the project owners' expectations in a timely fashion.

What We Ask of You:
- Assist Project Managers with assembling and processing submittals, RFI's, Shop Drawings, MWBE reporting, QAQC documentation.
- Prepare and process project documents and requests for new and existing projects
- Assist Project Managers with subcontractor and vendor communication
- Facilitate documentation for the start and close of projects
- Collection, preparation, and updating of Operational and Maintenance Manuals, Testing and quality control reporting
- Engage and process certified payroll for projects
- Support Project Team members with any needs that arise
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 2-3 years of office experience
- Construction industry experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Need to have good organizational and communication skills
- Must have the integrity, enthusiasm and willingness to represent company in the most professional, positive manner
