• Monitor, review, and analyze center operations to provide support for distribution centers and Operational Leaders
• Make recommendations on integrating new customers, transitioning non-profitable customers, and optimizing existing customers to Senior Leaders

• Develop, streamline, and maintain efficient routing processes and procedures
• Analyze existing routes for opportunities to reduce miles and improve cost control
• Collaborate with Operational Leaders to determine optimal time frame for route adjustments
• Review current and potential backhaul opportunities to improve freight revenues
• Prepare reports on shifts in Order and Delivery Days by Concept

• Demonstrate proficiency in Network Routing Software
• Produce and evaluate Proforma analysis for potential business opportunities
• Plan and prepare meetings and presentations for Sales Leadership and Executive Staff

• Provide consultation to ensure compliance with DOT and other applicable regulations
• Verify and compare Routing Tool Mileage to ELD System Actual Mileage
• Assess and analyze center operational statistics, sales figures, and financial results

• College degree in Business Management, Finance, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3-5 years' experience in a Transportation Leadership Role at a Distribution Center or Corporate Analyst Role
• Experience in commercial vehicle routing and understanding of maps and the road network
• Experience with US DOT regulations and Network Routing Software preferred

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong relationship building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and mathematical skills

Sedentary work with occasional physical exertion

Ability to read at a distance close to the eyes

Normal office environment with occasional air travel
