We are seeking a Facility & Safety Operations Coordinator to contribute to our mission! The Facility and Safety Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting in communication, organization, and implementation of services that pertain to Plant operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Coordinates the organization’s system of updating, tracking, and completion of work orders.
- Monitor the “Pending” service request queue, and assigning technicians based on priorities and current workload.
- Assigns maintenance technicians to specific work orders based on skillset and work order load.
- Coordinate the initial coding and processing of invoices.
- Perform weekly data audits of the service requests/work orders data for 100% accuracy in reporting.
- Supports communication with residents regarding scheduling of work order requests.
- Assists in support for emergency situations (ie: utility failures), take direction on immediate action needed to support planning.
- Maintain the Life Safety Code repository, ensuring all regulatory inspection reports from vendors are uploaded and linked to work orders.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors service visits. (ie: placing services calls for notification, status update).
- Maintain updated records of nurse call wireless pendant inventory, including daily reporting of battery status review.
- Maintain FVD Facilities Asset List.
- Performs other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Senior Community experience preferred.
- Position requires good written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and database experience.
- Previous work order system experience.
- Strong attention to detail with focus on data hygiene.
