This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Accountant based in Dublin, OH. The Project Accountant will be responsible for financial management and reporting related to various construction and development projects. Key tasks include project cost tracking and analysis, invoice processing, preparing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and generating financial reports for stakeholders. The role requires strong collaboration with project managers and team members to ensure accurate accounting and alignment with project timelines and goals.

• Proficiency in project cost tracking, budget preparation, and forecasting
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
• Experience with accounts payable, reconciliation, and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years in construction and/or development accounting role and 5+ years in a role including month-end close, journal entries and reconciliation responsibilities
• Must have background in commercial real estate development, construction, and/or investment/management company
• Experience working in Sage Accounting software and/or Yardi property management software preferred
