Accounting Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, including invoice review, data entry, and supporting documentation

• Support billing and cash application activities

• Assist with driver payroll support and related documentation

• Help prepare and maintain account reconciliations

• Support general ledger and month end close activities, as appropriate for an intern role

• Organize and maintain accounting files and records

• Assist with other general accounting functions and projects as assigned

• You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Interest in pursuing a career in Accounting or Corporate Accounting Operations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of Excel or accounting systems preferred
