Residential Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Residential Driver to join our team in Dublin, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating residential trash trucks and a strong commitment to providing excellent service to our community.

• Operate residential trash trucks safely and efficiently along assigned routes.
• Collect residential waste and recyclables according to company and local regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, pickups, and any incidents.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.

• Proven experience as a residential trash truck driver or similar role.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and residential areas in Dublin, GA preferred.
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and handling waste containers.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
