As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability.

• Flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday.
• Merchandise brands across various categories.
• Variety of job tasks – no repetitive work.
• Independence in day‑to‑day duties.
• Training and certification provided by retail experts.
• Health plan options including no‑copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

• Locate merchandise in the backroom to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to aid shoppers in finding what they need.
• Front‑face products so shelves look as good as possible.
• Receive, transport, and install marketing and promotional materials.
• Build displays to showcase client products.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions via Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with Walmart store management and associates.
• Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own the store(s) as the face of Premium.
• Work independently while aligning with the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices via closed social media groups and other channels.
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help.
• Complete work within provided time frames.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report work the same day you complete it.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet to report and upload photos.
