Direct Support Professional – Hillcrest Group Home

We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to serve at our Hillcrest Group Home in Dublin, Georgia. The successful candidate will provide care and assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, maintain progress notes, and support daily activities.

• Monitor and supervise individuals, ensuring safety and proper care.
• Provide personal needs and comfort support.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as eating, cleaning, and hygiene.
• Perform general housekeeping needs throughout the assigned location.
• Observe and report changes in behavior and physical condition.
• Transport individuals for community outings and events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Independent and collaborative work ability.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office products.
• Organizational, prioritization, and deadline‑meeting skills.

• Previous experience as a personal care assistant or certified nursing assistant.

Final pay rate will depend on qualifications such as experience and education.
