Aquatics Manager

American Swim Academy's Senior Management team is looking for a career-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Dublin. The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.

• Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday (schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts)
• Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45pm.

• Service-driven management experience
• Experience in aquatics or recreation

• Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members
• Assist in the management and training of all school staff
• Teach classes and in-water training

• $22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
• Quarterly Bonus* (earned based on revenue achievement)
