District Manager, Winston‑Salem – Tailored Brands, Inc. (Winston‑Salem, NC)

The District Manager is accountable for the overall performance of multiple-store locations across Retail, Rental, Custom, and Tailoring. The role builds high‑performing store teams in partnership with Store Managers and reports directly to the Zone Vice President.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership – Sets clear expectations for store leadership, holds teams accountable, models company values, communicates priorities, and guides district teams in implementing operational improvements.
  • Performance – Achieves business plans (sales, profitability, budgets), analyzes key metrics, develops and executes region‑wide strategies, supports local marketing initiatives, and establishes action plans for underperforming stores.
  • Operational Excellence – Conducts effective store visits, prioritizes schedules, ensures stores meet operational expectations, implements best practices, and stays informed on corporate directives.
  • Workplace – Creates an inclusive environment, supports learning and development, recruits and retains talent, and makes decisions that foster a high‑performing, diverse team.
  • Customer Experience – Ensures consistent service model training, improves customer satisfaction, leverages customer feedback, and maintains brand‑compliant store presentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
  • Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in site analytics, sales, and financial data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment and travel as required.

Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000. Base salary is determined by market location and eligible for prevailing wage adjustments.
