• Responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to the guest’s preferences.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu, recommending, upselling, and reinforcing orders.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, checking orders for accuracy and reviewing them with guests prior to handoff.
• Collaborate as a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
• For California-based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date).
