Role Overview
The Marketing & Digital Experience Specialist will bridge marketing, storytelling, and user experience to strengthen Omatochi’s brand and digital presence. This role will design and manage marketing initiatives while improving the usability and impact of our website, mobile tools, and outreach materials. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative professional who enjoys blending strategy, design, and community engagement in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Development- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Omatochi’s services, mission, and community impact.
- Create content for social media, email newsletters, website, and outreach materials.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve reach and conversion.
- Design and refine user interfaces for Omatochi’s website and digital tools to ensure accessible, user-friendly experiences.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear design solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from clients, caregivers, and staff.
- Create wireframes, landing pages, and visual assets that support marketing goals.
- Support design of Omatochi’s mobile application from concept through launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing messaging with product experience.
- Assist with testing and iteration based on real user insights.
- Partner with community centers and local organizations to promote services.
- Support outreach events, workshops, and presentations.
- Document community feedback to improve both marketing and service delivery.
- Assist with ECM-related phone outreach to better understand user journeys.
- Collaborate with care teams to translate service impact into compelling stories.
- Participate in internal meetings to align marketing with organizational priorities.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or UX/UI design.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Understanding of user-centered design and accessibility.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
