Sr. Project Manager

DeSilva Gates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in the accounting industry. As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will oversee and manage projects that drive our business objectives and enhance our service offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

• Lead and manage multiple accounting projects from initiation to completion.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with accounting teams and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate status updates and resource needs.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and accessible to team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the accounting or financial services industry.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
