Business Analyst - Hybrid

Overview

Business Analyst – Dublin, CA.

Kforce has a client seeking a Business Analyst for a Distribution Center Reporting, Testing, and Deployment initiative focused on supply chain analytics and operational reporting. The consultant will gain an in-depth understanding of supply chain data, lead testing efforts, and support deployment activities to ensure reporting accuracy and system stability.

• Develop a baseline understanding of supply chain and distribution center data
• Create detailed testing scenarios for pre-UAT and UAT phases related to reporting enhancements
• Execute and support testing activities during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Track testing progress, validate results, and ensure UAT exit criteria are met
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to validate reporting outcomes
• Support early phases of deployment to ensure system stability and successful adoption
• Collaborate with engineers and developers, including onshore and offshore teams

• 3-5 years of Excel experience
• Experience with Technical UAT
• Experience working with high-level Business Stakeholders
• Experience working with engineers and developers including onshore and offshore
• Exemplary communication/soft skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Use Case and User Story Development
• Supply Chain experience would be a huge plus
• Nice to have:
  Retail industry experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
