- We are building our analytics capability in-house to accelerate BI development, improve operational visibility, and strengthen ownership of our data foundation.
- We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to own our analytics platform end-to-end — from data ingestion and modeling to metrics, dashboards, integrations, and cost management.
- This is not a dashboard-only role. You will be responsible for designing and operating the data systems the business runs on.
- While we are currently evaluating tools such as Big Query and Looker, we are open to alternative technologies if they better serve performance, usability, scalability, and cost control. The right candidate will help shape the long-term architecture.
- Own the analytics platform (warehouse, transformations, BI layer)
- Define and document core business metrics
- Build durable, well-modeled datasets
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, WMS, finance, and other systems
- Enable operational dashboards and reporting
- Monitor data quality and system health
- Control and optimize cloud and BI costs
- 4+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering roles
- Advanced SQL and strong data modeling skills
- Experience with modern cloud data warehouses
- Operational mindset with cost awareness
Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience, plus full benefits, PTO, 401k.

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
