Compensation
This position offers a
base salary of $100,000
, plus
additional commission and performance-based incentives
, with
total compensation potential of up to $250,000
, based on individual and practice performance.
Position Overview
The Med Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing workflows, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
The Med Spa Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of med spa operations
- Develop and implement patient recruitment, retention, PR, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to maximize marketing strategies and promotional efforts
- Analyze revenue streams and develop strategies to increase capacity, profitability, and performance
- Optimize patient scheduling to ensure efficient use of provider time and resources
- Educate patients on treatments, technologies, and skincare products
- Establish and track goals, budgets, and performance standards
- Maintain accurate inventory for retail products and med spa supplies
- Ensure thorough and compliant documentation, including consents, chart notes, and before-and-after photography
- Deliver an impactful, welcoming, and efficient experience for every patient
- Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain outstanding customer service standards
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative treatments and services
- Review daily activity reports and analyze monthly performance metrics
- Partner with vendors for supply negotiations and contract management
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- EMR/EHR experience
- Strong knowledge of med spa treatments and the aesthetics industry
- Minimum of1 year of management experience
in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or dermatology - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think critically
