Job Overview

PT Salon is looking for talented and precise Threading Artists to join our team. As threading is our primary business, we are seeking individuals who take pride in the art of brow shaping and facial hair removal. While threading is the core of this role, we are looking for well-rounded professionals; it is an even bigger plus if you are also experienced and licensed to perform waxing and facial treatments.

Responsibilities

• Expert Threading:Provide high-quality threading services for eyebrows and full face with speed and precision.
• Skin Care & Waxing:Perform facial treatments and waxing services (for those with the relevant experience and licensure) to help expand our service menu.
• Brow Shaping:Consult with clients to determine the best brow shape for their face structure, ensuring symmetry and clean lines.
• Client Care:Greet clients warmly, maintain a professional demeanor, and provide a comfortable, high-end experience.
• Safety & Sanitation:Keep your station and treatment rooms clean and sterilized according to California State Board health and safety regulations.
• Consultation:Advise clients on post-treatment care and recommend products or services to help them achieve their skin and beauty goals.

  Strong, proven experience in threading is our top priority.
• Additional Expertise:Experience in waxing and facials is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Detail Oriented:A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision.
• Professionalism:Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
