Manages hotel front desk duties (check‑ins, guest requests) during the night shift (approximately 11 PM–7 AM) while also performing crucial accounting and reporting tasks: balancing daily transactions, verifying guest accounts, and preparing financial/operational reports for management. Also complete tasks on the property management system and may process laundry.

Your Day to Day
  • Check‑in and check‑out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments per established procedures.
  • Take and manage guest bookings, upselling opportunities, and inform guests about ways to improve their stay.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Swiftly check guests in and out: take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.
  • Record and act on guest preferences, requests, questions, and concerns to stay one step ahead of guests’ needs.
  • Assist with any bill issues, local knowledge, and involve management when necessary.
  • Follow safety procedures: report incidents and wear protective gear; maintain safety at all times.
  • Present a professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
  • Know daily events and activities on schedule.
  • Jump into other ad‑hoc duties when colleagues need help.
What We Need From You
  • Will work various shifts across a 7‑day cycle, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments.
  • Problem‑solving skills to transform issues into opportunities.
  • Fluency in the local language; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Literate and tech‑savvy: reading, writing, basic math, and computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree is a bonus.
  • At least one year of front‑desk or guest‑service experience.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg); bending and kneeling may be required.
  • High school diploma or qualification (required).
Hourly Rate and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $21.43 to $28.80.
