We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support our Parts Operations team. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, packing, and dispatching automotive spare parts accurately and safely. The position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through error-free handling of parts while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.
What you will do:- Receive and deconsolidate incoming automotive spare parts and accessories
- Sort, pack, and ship parts according to approved packaging and handling guidelines
- Store parts in an organized and accessible manner within the warehouse
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and report discrepancies
- Perform bin stock replenishment to support smooth operations
- Follow special instructions related to specific customer or internal orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines
- Ability to understand and recognize part numbers and alphanumeric codes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during work hours
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required
You will be part of the Parts Support team, working closely with warehouse colleagues, parts operations, and logistics teams. The team operates in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety, collaboration, and operational excellence to support internal and external customers.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or parts handling role
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
