• Pick up and deliver packages within your assigned route, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Utilize Aramex technology to optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery issues promptly.
• Represent Aramex positively in all customer engagements.
• Safely load and unload packages, adhering to best practices to prevent damage.
• Ensure accuracy of deliveries through thorough verification against shipping documentation.
• Maintain precise delivery logs, documenting any issues and ensuring accountability.
• Report discrepancies or concerns to the operations team leader immediately.
• Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it meets Aramex standards and reporting maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Collaborate with the operations team on delivery schedules and special requests.
• Provide timely updates on delivery status and any challenges faced.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery or courier services preferred.
