Transport Operations Supervisor

A well-established and growing shipping & logistics group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Transport Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet transport activities in Dubai.

This role is responsible for managing transport operations, supervising drivers, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing routes, and controlling operational costs. The selected candidate will play an important role in strengthening and streamlining transport performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transport and fleet operations
• Plan and optimize routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and UAE traffic laws
• Supervise drivers and enforce safety standards
• Track fuel usage, trip logs, and vehicle utilization
• Handle breakdowns, incidents, and coordination with service providers
• Prepare operational reports for management review

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in transport or fleet operations
• Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and transport compliance
• Experience supervising commercial vehicles and drivers
• Good operational planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic tracking systems
• Strong communication skills in English
