Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Operations function as a Yard Coordinator.
- Oversee vehicle movement within the yard, including receiving, parking, and dispatch.
- Ensure vehicles are recorded accurately in the system upon arrival and departure.
- Conduct physical checks of vehicles for damages, accessories, and documentation.
- Maintain proper yard organization to optimize space utilization and vehicle accessibility.
- Coordinate with drivers, inspectors, and operations staff for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols at the yard.
- Maintain yard cleanliness and operational readiness at all times.
- Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on vehicle stock and yard activities.
- Support audits, inspections, and reconciliations related to vehicle inventory.
- Act as the point of contact for escalations related to yard operations.
- Bachelor’s degree on any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in yard operations, logistics, or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Must have a UAE Driving License.
