We are looking for a Logistics Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in maritime logistics. The role involves coordinating international shipments, managing inventory, and supporting logistics operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage international maritime shipments and logistics operations
- Communicate effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, agents, and internal teams
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze logistics data using MS Excel
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning and control
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation
- Support cost tracking and ensure logistics activities remain within budget
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience or exposure to international maritime logistics
- Sound understanding of inventory management processes
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
