Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Bike Riders for food delivery. The role involves timely and safe delivery of food orders while ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver food orders promptly
- Ensure order accuracy and hygienic handling
- Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines
- Handle cash/digital payments if required
- Valid bike/motorcycle driving license
- Minimum 1 year experience in food or delivery services
- Good knowledge of local routes and GPS apps
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit and reliable
- Time management and punctuality
- Customer service skills
- Road safety awareness
