Operation Executive

We are seeking to hire an  
Operations Executive  for a leading logistics and shipping company in Dubai.

As an Operations Executive, you will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. You'll collaborate with teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless movement of goods and efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing operations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinating transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance for timely delivery.
• Optimizing efficiency through process enhancements and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and resolving issues.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
