Transportation Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible Transport Supervisor to oversee the Directors’ personal fleet and Group transport operations, ensuring effective procurement, servicing, utilization, and cost control of company-owned, hired, and director-owned vehicles while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

• Oversee and manage the Directors’ personal fleet and Group transport requirements.
• Monitor procurement, sale, servicing, and lifecycle management of all vehicles.
• Supervise internal and external hire vehicles, company-owned vehicles, and Directors’ personal fleet.
• Ensure optimal utilization and availability of vehicles in line with operational needs.
• Monitor transport-related expenses and implement feasible cost-control measures.
• Ensure adherence to approved budgets while identifying opportunities for revenue optimization and profit generation.
• Exercise overall supervision and operational control of end-to-end transport activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers for smooth transport operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Min 5 Years of proven experience in fleet management, transport operations, or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of vehicle procurement, maintenance, and hire management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent coordination and supervisory skills.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of high-end vehicles and demonstrate the flexibility to perform effectively under pressure, including during irregular working hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transport assets efficiently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
