This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare job details including schedules, documentation, clearing agents, loading/offloading points, and distribution lists.

  • Monitor Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) and ensure timely updates.

  • Oversee capacity allocation and execution to meet client commitments.

  • Provide accurate daily client reports in line with agreed formats.

  • Handle client queries and exceptions, offering clear and timely feedback.

  • Oversee incident management and risk events (accidents, breakdowns, unauthorized stops).

  • Arrange escorts for high-value cargo and confirm all necessary details.

  • Notify relevant parties and calculate demurrage charges where applicable.

  • Coordinate with ground teams at loading, offloading, and border points to ensure smooth operations.
