Logistics Coordinator

At Caparol, we are committed to excellence and innovation in the paints and coatings industry. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in the UAE.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient local and international logistics operations, supporting our business growth while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and service.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations for local UAE deliveries and international export shipments.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective transportation of goods while meeting company and customer requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWBs, and customs documentation, in compliance with UAE regulations and international trade laws.
• Use SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, track inventory, monitor shipment status, and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to book shipments, negotiate rates, and resolve transit issues.
• Plan and optimize local delivery routes and schedules within the UAE, including coordination of company vehicles when required.
• Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, proper storage, and smooth order fulfilment.
• Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, preferably within the UAE, handling both local distribution and international exports.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP for logistics and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, UAE customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
