Lead Captain — Bombardier Challenger 604

🧭 The opportunity

As the Lead Captain, you will command Challenger 604/650 operations, set the tone for safety and professionalism, and mentor fellow crew in a premium corporate flight department. You will represent Execu Jet with discretion and excellence while delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

• Total time: 4,000 hours (minimum)
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,000 hours (minimum)
• Type rating:
  Current on Bombardier Challenger 604/650 (Type-Rated required)
• License: ATPL (ICAO)
• Medical:
  Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Background:
  Corporate aviation experience
• Technical skills:
  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Leadership:
  Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and make sound operational decisions

• Command Challenger 604/650 flights with an uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Lead and mentor flight crew as the designated Lead Captain/Commander; foster a high-performance cockpit culture.
• Plan and execute missions, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and route selection based on weather and NOTAMs.
• Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Maintenance to ensure on-time, airworthy departures.
• Provide discreet, client-focused service aligned with the expectations of corporate aviation.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices within the operation.

Role is permanently based in Dubai, UAE, operating within Execu Jet Middle East’s Flight Operations division. You will support regional and international missions as required.
