CEO Private Driver

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and reliable Private Driver to support the daily transportation needs of the CEO. This role requires exceptional driving skills, strict confidentiality, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and comfortable travel while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

• Safely transport the CEO to and from business meetings, offices, events, airports, and personal appointments
• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctuality and account for traffic, road conditions, and weather
• Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, including cleanliness, routine inspections, servicing, and refueling
• Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedule, conversations, and personal matters
• Remain flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and travel as required
• Assist with luggage, errands, or light administrative support when requested
• Monitor vehicle documentation, insurance, registration, and compliance with local traffic laws
• Coordinate with security personnel or office staff when necessary

• Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles
• Background in hospitality, security, or executive support roles
• Familiarity with GPS systems and traffic applications
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally if required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a private driver, executive chauffeur, or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and integrity
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and composed under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
