We are recruiting an 'Import Logistics Coordinator' for one of our clients, a leading consumer electronics company based in Dubai, UAE.

• Process incoming purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and resolve any discrepancies related to Letters of Credit.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all current and upcoming shipments.
• Liaise with product and export management teams to ensure orders are processed according to specifications and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, addressing any service‑related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with banks to ensure the timely processing of Letters of Credit.

• MBA in Logistics,
  
  B.Com, or Diploma in International Trade.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import logistics.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures.
• Solid knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
