Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Driver Dispatch & Workforce Control
- Manage and publish the Daily Driver Dispatch Report (DDR) with complete accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor driver deployment, route adherence, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with drivers and supervisors to address delays, missed scans, or route deviations.
- Ensure workforce accountability and compliance with dispatch and attendance requirements.
- Shipment Resolution Group (SRG) Management
- Support Shipment Resolution Group, ensuring timely handling of shipment exceptions.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and gateway teams to resolve holds, misroutes, and delivery failures.
- Track unresolved exceptions and elevate risks that may impact service commitments or customer experience.
- Damage Investigation & Claim Cost Reduction
- Lead and manage damage investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
- Liaise with hubs, drivers, sort teams, and customer service to gather supporting evidence and documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of damage cases to minimize customer impact and reduce claim exposure.
- Identify recurring damage trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Service Performance & KPI Protection
- Monitor daily operational KPIs including on-road гру; exception aging, damage ratios, and productivity.
- Proactively flag risks firing service levels or customer commitments.
- Support management with accurate reporting and insights for decision-making.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact between drivers, supervisors, customer service, and management.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Accurate and timely Daily Driver Dispatch Reports and Management Reports
- Reduced shipment exception aging
- Improved damage investigation turnaround times
- Sustained service levels and operational compliance
- Measurable reduction in claim-related costs
- Strong operational control and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Effective written and oral communication skills and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis
- Prior experience in logistics, courier, or transportation operations preferred
- Experience in driver management, dispatch control, or shipment resolution is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in operational reporting and tracking tools
