Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage shipping schedules for FCL, LCL, Airfreight, and Courier shipments.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping documents and compliance with regulations.
* Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to secure competitive rates and timely deliveries.
* Perform data analysis to compare bids from 3PLs and courier companies and recommend awards.
* Manage claims related to shipping processes and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
* Report cost savings initiatives and ensure delivery of KPI targets.## Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, managing shipping documents and customs clearances.
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel is essential.
* Strong understanding of shipping terms, customs regulations, and compliance requirements across the Middle East, Europe, and China.
* Experience in managing Letters of Credit, shipping documentation, TRA approvals, and liaising with authorities.
* Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a customer-focused and quality-driven approach.## Benefits
