Logistics Coordinator - KSA - Black & Decker; Overseas ; Branch

Customer Focus

• Timely execution and delivery of orders for all Customers in KSA served out of MEDC through SBD Arabia – Channels (Modern Channel, E Commerce, Traditional Channel),
• Prepare Intercompany shipments for timely dispatch
• Effectively plan operational flow with relevant stake holders (Internal & External) to avoid supply disruption.
• Ensure timely Customs Clearance at Destination, through continuous follow ups with Freight Partners
• Ensure invoicing is completed, immediately on completion of Saudi Customs Clearance
• Drive a zero tolerance mindset for deviation from processes to ensure customer deliverables are met fully.
• Manage Transport claims.

• Adherence to Origin and Destination Custom regulation and be 100% compliant.
• Ensure Export & Import Documents are prepared and completed on-time
• Review Customs Declarations for accuracy.
• Pre-alert Partners on shipment value to arrange Duty in advance.
• Review Duty Invoices & forward to Bart for approval
• Work closely with EU Trade Compliance Team to ensure compliance and resolution of any challenges in a timely manner.

• Arrange weekly transportation as per the agreed shipping schedule by performing shipment / volume analysis.
• Provide pre-alert to Partners as per agreed SLA.
• Ensure efficient & effective route planning with maximized Truck Utilization – Multi Customer Consolidation
• Track end to end movement from MEDC to Customer
• Arrange adhoc / rush order movement
• Ensure partner adherence to contract on service and cost Review freight Invoices for accuracy and forward for approvals

• Meet agreed Delivery Target
• Evaluate Partner Performance on weekly basis.
• Outbound Freight cost to be kept on target.
