We are hiring Delivery Bike Riders for a Dubai-based q-commerce / last-mile delivery company. Riders will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of orders within assigned zones.
Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time
- Follow delivery app instructions and route guidance
- Maintain delivery bike and equipment in good condition
- Follow UAE traffic and safety regulations
- Ensure professional behavior with customers and merchants
- Valid UAE bike licence mandatory
- Knowledge of Dubai roads
- Valid visa with permission to work in UAE (
company visa can be provided ) - Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work shifts and peak hours
- Competitive per-order / per-shift earnings
- Consistent delivery volume
- Weekly / bi-weekly payouts (as applicable)
- Stable work with long-term opportunity
- Supportive fleet coordination team
- Knowledge of Dubai roads
- Safe riding and traffic discipline
- Smartphone and delivery app usage
- Time management and punctuality
- Professional customer handling
