Service Delivery Coordinator

Overview

Service Delivery protects the ROLZO experience in real time. Coordinating between local partners, chauffeurs, and clients, they anticipate issues before they arise and ensure every service runs seamlessly.

• Oversee live service delivery worldwide, monitoring each journey from dispatch to completion.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the client experience, ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Coordinate with chauffeurs, partners, and the Client Services team to manage updates, special requests, and last‑minute changes.
• Track service timelines and milestones to ensure punctuality, route accuracy, and readiness across all bookings.
• Monitor chauffeur and vehicle performance, providing feedback to the Supply team for continuous improvement.
• Ensure client and passenger instructions are followed precisely, from vehicle presentation to meet‑and‑greet protocols.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time service records within ROLZO’s systems for visibility across departments.
• Support post‑service quality checks by flagging incidents, recording feedback, and contributing to performance reviews.

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or service coordination roles.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness.
• Tech‑savvy and confident with scheduling and live‑tracking tools.
• Commitment to maintaining ROLZO’s five‑star delivery standards at all times.
