We are looking for a commercially driven sports leader to take ownership of operations, revenue growth, partnerships, and new business development across all sports and recreational activities at JA Resorts.

You will lead and elevate all sports operations while creating new revenue streams, programs, academies, events, and partnerships that drive utilization, profitability, and brand differentiation.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Operations | Sales | Guest Experience | Strategy
- Oversee daily sales and operations of all sports & recreation activities
- Ensure safety, compliance, and JA service standards
- Drive consistency, SOPs, and facility utilization
- Launch academies, camps, clinics, memberships & leagues
- Create sports tourism packages, tournaments & corporate sports events
- Build pricing models, forecasts, and ROI-driven initiatives
- Source and manage external business (schools, clubs, corporates, federations)
- Identify market gaps and guest trends
- Pilot new sports concepts and formats
- Turn ideas into profitable, scalable offerings
- Build strategic partnerships with clubs, federations & operators
- Negotiate commercial terms and SLAs
- Represent JA Resorts at sports and industry events
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and yield per activity
- Deliver clear performance reporting and insights
- Elevate sports as a core part of the JA guest journey
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and digital visibility
- Drive engagement through events, showcases, and activations
- Increased sports-related revenue and facility utilization
- New academies, programs, and external business launched
- Strong pipeline of corporate, community, and international sports business
- Clear positioning of JA Resorts as a sports destination
- A roadmap for future sports investments and growth
- Strong background in sports management and/or hospitality
- Proven business development and revenue generation experience
- Commercially sharp with operational discipline
- Confident stakeholder and partnership manager
- Passionate about sports, guest experience, and brand building
