As a Teen Club Attendant
, you will create exciting, age-appropriate programs for teenagers (13+) and adults — from Water Gym, Yoga, and Zumba to interactive recreational activities — all while ensuring a safe, lively, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Working closely with the Entertainment Manager, you will play a key role in delivering world-class entertainment and wellness experiences that reflect the spirit and standards of JA Resorts & Hotels.

• Lead engaging activities such as aqua fitness, yoga, Zumba, and recreation programs
• Create a fun, safe, and energetic atmosphere for teens and adults
• Interact confidently with guests and encourage participation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the Teens Club area
• Support events, setup, and promotions of weekly schedules
• Collaborate with the Entertainment team to innovate and elevate guest experiences

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or similar
• Experience in group fitness or recreational activities preferred
• Background in wellness, sports, or animation is a plus

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to lead physical activities (on land and in water)
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• First Aid knowledge is a plus
