We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable and charismatic Group Trainer to join our F45 studios. The role involves coaching group classes that are already designed, doing equipment set‑ups, motivating and engaging with members and creating a community culture. The ideal candidate should be confident in leading large groups, and excellent communication skills in English language. Also, knowledge and experience in functional movements and exercises, nutrition guidance, lifestyle transformations and mentoring on fitness goals is necessary.
Candidate should be based in Dubai, and available for an interview immediately.

Responsibilities- Coach and lead a group class in line with F45 standards and expectations
- Ensure all members get adequate attention during class and perform exercises safely by understanding their unique needs, while creating a high energy, fun and encouraging setting
- Equipment set‑ups before and after shifts, and daily upkeep of studio to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment
- Participate in events, trainings and team meetings to keep up with upcoming activities and new workouts
- Current and valid Level 3 Personal Training/Group Fitness certifications and valid First Aid and AED certification from a recognized provider.
- Additional certifications in nutrition, functional training, pre and post natal training will be a bonus.
- 2+ years of Personal/Group Training experience
- Strong communication skills in English language, and a confident and outgoing personality
Competitive salary linked to number of classes
TimingsThe studio is expected to operate in two shifts of morning (5am to 11am) and evening (4pm to 9 pm). Choice of shifts can be mutually agreed, with the candidate offering flexibility based on business requirements.
Employment TypeFull time or Part-time option. Full-time opportunities will be explored for highly experienced candidates
