Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients’ needs and goals.
* Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual fitness levels.
* Lead engaging and effective one-on-one or group training sessions.
* Submit business plans monthly and achieve daily/monthly targets (PTC and PTS).
* Contribute to the overall community atmosphere and align with wellness philosophy and brand standards.## Requirements
* Certified fitness professional from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
* Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred).
* REPs certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
* Previous experience in personal training or a related fitness field.
* Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness program design.## Benefits
